Looks like you’ve got to work on your ‘R’s.
Also, you should give some serious consideration to watching Wings of Desire. It was remade into City of Angels with Meg Ryan and Nicholas Cage, but the original is quite different and in some ways superior.

I have seen the one with Nicholas Cage…I will try to check out the original though, thanks!

It’s neat seeing what movies from the list you have seen.
I’m such a bad judge of what old movies are well known and which ones people have never heard of. No Roman Holiday?!? Really?
It Happened One Night and The Lady Eve are a lot of fun, too.

Wendymoon – This is great, I love getting suggestions for old movies. I always want to expand my knowledge of them but there are just too many and I never know which are good and which I don’t have to bother watching. So, thanks

Lots of work to do!
However, Slumdog has to be added!

Good list, I have probably seen about 50 or 60 of those films. I’m surprised that City of God isn’t on that list
